Every time we’re walking near Yonge & King area, my husband usually asks me “wanna go to YOUR coffee shop?” as there’s this place I love to go.
We discovered Movnepick Cafe a long time ago and since then we have been there numerous times. I love the ambience because, let’s face it, which blogger doesn’t love marble tables? lol But besides its appearance, the coffee and desserts there are pretty good.
I always order cappuccino with almond milk and I don’t need anything else as it brings the sweetness I need to refuel my energy and continue to walk (if we’re in this area, it’s probably because we’re strolling over the city without a particular destiny).
Cris, my husband, loves its espresso and usually orders some treats as well. Unfortunately this last time we went he didn’t order anything, so I don’t have photos. But with the photo I took from the bar you can get it, right?
Sometimes he orders the carrot cake ($6.45) as he loves it. My suggestion for you is to try some cake made with fruits as they make them delicious there. The pecan pie bar ($4.29) is one of my favorites as well.
