My husband and I love to go to new restaurants, so when a new one opens in Downton, we have to go there asap.
So we went for a brunch at Rosalinda, a beautiful (aka instagramable) vegan Mexican place at Richmond & York. Seriously, this place’s decoration is really gorgeous and gives you wonderful photos!
I ordered the breakfast tacos ($12) with zucchini tofu scramble, black bean, cucumber pico de gallo and nutritional yeast. It was fresh and very well seasoned. I like that it comes with a lot of avocado and pico de galo.
Hubby chose the Chilaquiles Verdes ($15) with crispy tortilla, chorizo rojo, avocado, jalapeño, kale, cashew crema and cheese. It came with a lot of avocado as well 😍🥑.
I started with a Rosa Margarita ($14), witch they describe as their best version of the classic margarita. It’s made of Altos Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, Orange Agave, Lime, Salt. Delicious!
