During the pandemic, I saw this restaurant on a TV show and decided that I would come here as soon as it opened again.
And here we are to see if the view is as beautiful as on TV and I will take you to have this experience with me.
After the oyster starter I continued at sea and ordered the Grilled Ahi Tuna, with crushed sweet peas, lemon beurre blanc, sumac, pea tendril.
Super fresh and ideal for a hot day like today.
Because the tuna is only seared it makes this dish even lighter. The flavour of the pea puree complements it very well and the touch of ahi brings a freshness to the dish. Perfect for a summer day and this incredible the view!
For dessert, we ordered the Basque Cheesecake with cherries, almonds, tarragon, crème anglaise.
It was so good! I’ve never though that tarragon could be placed on a cheesecake but it was definitely a genius idea.
