What to expect from my bootcamp:

Daily Commitment: Each day will introduce a new habit, along with a 20-minute workout. Participants should set aside some time each day for these activities.

Physical Changes: Over the course of the week, participants might start noticing some physical changes, such as increased energy levels, improved skin condition due to hydration, or a feeling of physical wellness due to improved diet.

Emotional and Mental Shifts: Participants may notice an improvement in their overall mood and mindset, especially from the practice of daily gratitude journaling.

Learning: The program provides education about each habit and its benefits, helping clients understand why they’re doing what they’re doing.

Support: I’ll be by your side all the time! You can count on me to answer your questions and give you the motivation you need to stick to the bootcamp. You’ll have access to my exclusive app with all the resources you need and a direct channel to reach out to me.

How does the bootcamp work?

Once you signup, you’re gonna have access to my exclusive app. Inside, you can access your training sessions, guides, a meal tracker and much more. You can also reach out to me if you need my help. Just remember that you may have to wait a few days for your cohort to start.

Why do I have to wait until Monday to start it?

Because my bootcamp is not an all-packed-for-all program. I really interact with each one of the participants, giving them guidance and support. This bootcamp is highly individualized, so I offer it to cohorts that are 100% focused on helping you the best way I can.

Do I have to put my credit card?

Not at all! You only need to sign up with your email and download my free app.

What happens after the bootcamp?

After this 7-Day program, you’re going to have the tools to change your life for the better, simply by applying what I’m going to teach you and continuing to learn. If you wish to continue with my support, including all the resources of my app, meal strategies, and training tailored to you, you have the option to hire me as your coach for as long as you’d like. However, this step is not mandatory.
